Non-refundable costs

• International and domestic airline tickets
• Gorilla and chimpanzee trekking permits
• Deposits for higher-category hotels: 30% of the total accommodation cost

Cancellation terms

After all non-refundable costs have been deducted, the following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 90 days before departure: full refund, less non-refundable amounts
• 60 to 89 days before departure: refund of 70% of the total amount
• 15 to 59 days before departure: refund of 40% of the total amount
• Less than 15 days before departure: no refund

The same terms apply to any programme already in progress.
